Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier & Customer Service Agent for a restaurant. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cashiering and customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
