Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all projects, optimizing production processes, and maintaining the highest quality standards in our products. This role demands a proactive leader who can motivate teams, improve operational performance, and ensure timely delivery of products in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all production projects. Ensure timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff. Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products are delivered in mint condition. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues proactively.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Implement best practices for manufacturing operations.
- Client Relations: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met. Address any client concerns regarding product quality or delivery timelines.
- Reporting and Analysis: insert all the project status and updates on the company software. Prepare regular reports on production metrics, project status, and quality assessments. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
