As an Assistant Corporate Finance professional, you will support the management of the company's financial activities, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Your role is essential for maintaining financial stability and contributing to overall success, the job duties include:
- Analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability Develop, prepare, review & monitor Business plans;
- Identify, Escalate and mitigate Financial Risks;
- Overseeing transaction due diligence;
- Dealing with Business performance and monitoring;
- Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets for company entities;
- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals;
- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities company’s growth.
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of management accounting principles and finance best practices;
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze financial reports;
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in the relevant accounting packages;
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting;
- Ability to manage a high volume of work independently;
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Accounts / Finance;
- Being a Certified Chartered Accountant is mandatory;
- Proven work experience as Assistant Finance or similar role in a corporate setting with exposure to Automotive / Engineering / EPC/ Contracting/ Construction/ Remittance / Insurance;
- Strong knowledge of business analytics combined with advanced technical skills, working with board and top management.
