Operations Manager

Our Client: A rapidly expanding and highly regarded catering services company in the region, known for its excellence and commitment to quality.


Your Role: Will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and coordination with the culinary team to meet client expectations. This role involves managing the entire catering process, from planning events to supervising logistics, staff, and financials to ensure efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, managing client relationships, and overseeing staff training and development. The role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operations and solve problems efficiently.


Must Have: Should have 10+ years of experience in industrial catering, preferably with multinational companies and managing both onshore and offshore operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills are essential, along with a good knowledge of HSE and HACCP standards. Flexibility to work under pressure, handle budgets, and manage diverse teams is key to succeeding in this role.
