Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Analyst to join our team and optimize our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, data analysis, and customer relationship management best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing department and analyze customer data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights to improve customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Generate data driven insights per marketing initiative (online/offline) and provide monthly review reports based on the concluding month's activities.
  • Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and the CRM software.
  • Create and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards within the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure the CRM system meets their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
  • Grant user access to the CRM system.
  • Make sure the CRM’s data is accurate and reliable.
  • Conduct user workshops.
  • Begin CRM initiative by implementing organization standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay on top of relevant statistics, including customer retention rate and customer satisfaction.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification includes a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience with CRM software.
  • Experience with SAP Business ByDesign would be a plus.
