We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Functional Consultant, you will be ensuring our clients have a seamless and productive experience with our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and service to clients using our assessment platform.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the assessment platform to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct training sessions for new clients to help them understand and effectively use the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest improvements and enhancements to the platform.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, client onboarding, and troubleshooting steps.
- Monitor the performance of the assessment platform and ensure it meets the established service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
