Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  3. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
  4. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  5. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  6. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  8. Assist in managing the front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  9. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  10. Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
