  • Inventory and ordering supplies and ingredient
  • Creating work schedules, delegating tasks, and supervising the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Creating and enforcing standard operating procedures for food preparation, plating, and presentation

  • Experience in Breakfast, Mezze, Shawarma, Burgers, Grills, Sauces and Dessert
  • Plating and food presentation
  • Leadership skills to manage and direct a team of 26 kitchen staff effectively
  • Understanding flavor profiles, ingredient combinations, and food pairings to create unique dishes
  • Menu / Recipe creation
  • Menu costing
  • Restaurant and kitchen operations skills, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to resolve conflicts between team members quickly
