As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of the hotel property, guests, colleagues, and assets. Your role involves supervising security officers and coordinating security activities.

- Respond to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce safety and security regulations.
- Conduct security training for security officers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities.
- Ensure the security of guests and colleagues during events and gatherings.
- Assist in the investigation of security-related incidents and provide reports.
- Assist in implementing security enhancements and improvements.
- Report any security concerns or breaches to the Director of Security.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
