As an SQ Agent at Asnan Tower, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of customer service across all touchpoints in our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvements to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality management or service quality assurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with customer feedback.
Knowledge of service industry standards and regulatory requirements.
