We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for a leading FMCG company specializing in both food and non-food items. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with extensive experience working within the COOPs channel, and will be responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales strategies to grow the business, focusing on both food and non-food products across key COOPs channels.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key COOPs and retail partners. Ensure long-term partnerships by providing high-quality service, negotiating contracts, and understanding customer needs.
  • Channel Expansion & Market Penetration: Identify new opportunities within the COOPs market, expand distribution networks, and maximize product availability.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage sales budgets, provide accurate sales forecasts, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets its revenue goals.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the FMCG sector.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all sales operations and customer agreements adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel development to senior management.


Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within food and non-food items. Experience in COOPs channels is a must.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the COOPs sales channels and FMCG distribution networks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market data, sales performance, and customer behavior.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage relationships and secure profitable deals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
