We are looking for a highly motivated Content Creator Relations Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing creator partnerships, a deep understanding of social media trends, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a crucial role in driving engagement and collaboration with our content creator network.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with a diverse network of content creators and influencers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster collaboration and loyalty.
Partnership Management: Oversee the onboarding, management, and support of content creators. Ensure clear communication of expectations, goals, and deliverables.
Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators to plan and execute campaigns that align with company objectives and enhance brand visibility. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content creator partnerships. Utilize metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging creators, and competitive activities. Use insights to inform strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Content Development: Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, webinars, and other activities to engage with content creators and promote brand initiatives. Facilitate networking opportunities and community-building activities.
Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback from content creators to improve partnership processes and experiences. Prepare and present regular reports on creator engagement and campaign performance.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in content creation, influencer marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience in managing relationships with content creators and executing successful campaigns.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystems. Familiarity with the Kuwaiti market and cultural nuances is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Advanced degree or additional certifications in influencer marketing or content management is a plus.
