Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Bnied Al Gar, Kuwait
Salary: 400 KD per month
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage and coordinate the clinic’s front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Answer phone calls promptly, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments with accuracy.
- Patient Coordination:
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate patient flow between reception and treatment areas, minimizing wait times.
- Provide clear information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and billing procedures.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely data entry into the clinic’s management system.
- Handle billing and payments, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
- Support clinic management with administrative tasks, such as filing, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Monitor the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with physiotherapists and other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling staff meetings, training sessions, and other clinic events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external parties.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and patient management systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is highly desirable.
