Job Summary:
Perform activities related to sales and achieving sales goals, and customer follow-up and solving related problems, if any, in a decent manner, and follow up on after-sales and collection from clients. Continuous update of the costumers’ requirements in terms of offered products and contracts, register orders and ensure delivery according to specified dates and contractual terms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform field visits to the company’s customers, pharmacies, and verify the level of stocks available, and offer them advice about the need to reorder or inform them about the availability of new medical products and take their orders and document them.
- Comply with annual sales plans and take all necessary measures to achieve the desired growth of the company’s sales.
- Make sure to take customer orders and follow up on their delivery and transfer and ensure that they conform to the demands of customers in terms of quality, quantity and delivery dates.
- Build a market database including supply and demand and prices and competitors' activities.
- Review database of clients and update it periodically.
- Study of customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve these complaints as soon as possible in order to satisfy customers and maintain them.
- Continuous updating of customers’ orders in terms of products offered and contracts through coordination with the sales supervisor.
- Prepare proposals for clients that ensure the prices are competitive in a manner that maintain relationships with these customers and contribute to its enhancement.
- Follow-up on customers and problems, if any, in a decent manner for the purpose of achieving customer satisfaction.
- Follow up after sale activities, so as to gain the trust of the client and convey the best image of the company.
- Writing periodic reports regarding visits or if there is any problem or complaint from the client.
- Continuous communication with customers and ensure meeting their expectations in terms of quality and services provided.
- Achieve the targeted financial achievement as per the sales plan.
- Follow-up levels of products return from customer and pharmacies.
- Visiting customers and pharmacies according to schedules for collection of accounts receivable, inventory levels, receiving returns and to identify products consumption levels.
- Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the department.
- Handling any other work-related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Pharmacy or bachelor in business or marketing or any related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficient in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
- Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
