Job Summary:

As a Marketing Manager at ERMG, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for our brands. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify target market segments and consumer preferences to tailor marketing activities effectively.

Campaign Development:

  • Conceptualize and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign concepts and assets.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand perception and sentiment, and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Utilize market intelligence to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Promotions and Partnerships:

  • Develop promotional campaigns and partnerships to drive foot traffic and sales at restaurant locations.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Implement CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing communications and offerings.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, maximize ROI, and achieve KPIs.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure cost-effective spending and adherence to financial targets.


Work Conditions:

  • Office-based with occasional visits to restaurant locations and external events.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
