PURPOSE OF JOB
The position serves as a front liner of the business. It is responsible to settle all sales transactions in all accepted modes of payment and comply in the required Customer Service Standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of the brand specific policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the department‘s objectives.
- Develops and sustains relationships with potential/existing clients by coordinating professional meetings, attending promotional events, and providing effective administrative support.
- Introduces customers to the latest products by offering samples, demonstrating their use and explaining their benefits.
- Reviews product components to assure accuracy and suitability of the product being bought by the customer.
- Provides information and advice regarding drug intakes, interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication and storage
- Analyzes prescribing trends to monitor product demand and consumer-compliance; and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
- Responsible for ordering, purchasing, stocking/storing and handling of beauty product lines.
- Maintains records, such as customer profiles, inventories, control records, and product promotions/launching.
- Stays abreast of the latest products and techniques driven by the ever-changing fashion industry.
- Collaborates and updates self with other beauty care professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of products and regimens, providing advice on applications and characteristics.
- Helps customers apply color cosmetics and explain how they can use them to highlight facial features.
- Keeps self-well-groomed and well-dressed well, reflecting an image that complements the product line being endorsed.
- Prepare all reports as required by the Direct Manager.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
