A preschool teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and learn. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
- Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's development and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a preschool teacher.
- Excellent knowledge of child development and early education principles.
