Sales Executive

Noble, a prestigious brand specializing in traditional Kuwaiti fabrics, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti culture, specifically in the sale of ghoutra, shemagh, and shawl, and demands an individual who can operate effectively under pressure, particularly during peak times.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new customer acquisition.

Stock Management: Oversee and maintain the stock levels of the branch, ensuring optimal product availability.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients, and providing expert advice on products.


Compensation:

Salary range: 275 KWD to 320 KWD, with potential for commission based on performance.


Skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the luxury brands sector.
  • Familiarity with the local market, particularly in big malls in Kuwait.


Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Excellent public relations skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good personal presentation and grooming.


Cultural Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti culture and traditional clothing, including ghoutra, shemagh, and slawl.


Language:

  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.


Work Environment:

  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy periods.
