· Handle all HR procedures.
· Handle & prepare all HR related documentation.
· Maintain & update employees files and HR system data.
· Maintain the documentation flow between staff & HR department.
· Staff reception, receive their request & answer their inquiries.
· Follow all the procedures related to the staff residency to ensure compliance with ministry laws.
Skills
· University graduation certificate.
· Five years’ experience.
· Knowledge of Kuwaiti Labor Law in private sector.
· Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
· Familiar with ministries’ procedures.
· Fluent in both Arabic & English reading, writing & speaking.
