Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our
sales team and ensure smooth operations within our department. The ideal candidate will be a

industry. This role is crucial in coordinating the sales process, managing client relationships, and
ensuring seamless transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all
documentation is complete and deadlines are met.
- Assist sales agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client
communications.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems with accurate and current
information.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports to the sales team and management.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, agents, and other parties involved in real estate
transactions.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective
buyers.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract preparation,
document management, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
