Reports To: Assistant Manager IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation of User Requirements & End User Support:
- Gather, document, and analyze user requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical support to end users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Debug and Upgrade Existing/New Modules:
- Identify and resolve bugs in existing modules and enhance them to accommodate new business functions.
- Develop and integrate new modules as per the business requirements.
- Requirement Analysis and Functional Specifications:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define system requirements.
- Draft detailed functional specifications for development purposes.
- Modification and Custom Development:
- Modify and customize user interfaces, queries, reports, and other components.
- Ensure that custom developments meet the specified requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Support for EBS and Report Development:
- Develop new reports in Oracle EBS and provide training to users.
- Offer ongoing support for EBS applications, addressing any issues that arise.
- Management of Support Issues:
- Handle support issues related to the Oracle domain on the service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Technology Upgrade:
- Lead initiatives to upgrade technology, including transitioning to Java developer, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and other Oracle tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
Skills
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Bachelors Graduate in Computer Science or IT.
· Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Node JS, Angular JS, CSS, MySQL, MongoDB, RESTful APIs
· Added advantage of skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
· Required 4 - 7 years of Experience
