LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT ANALYST STAFF - PBO TECH - Cardinal Point Llc

  • Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information be- tween point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
  • Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
  • Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
  • Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
  • Graduate of the 92Y or 920A MOS producing school or other branch of service equivalent
  • Minimum of 3yrs experience at Property Book level (or equivalent level experience in the US Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps supply systems).
  • Experience with the PBUSE automated property accounting system and TPE is preferred.
  • PBO personnel must have at least 3 years Property Book experience to conduct property transactions on behalf of the PBO.
  • Possess and maintain a valid state drivers license, and be able to obtain, where required, the appropriate special license/certification for equipment to be operated to include but not limited to forklifts of varying size and configuration, NSCVs, Bobcats, ATVs, GMVs, and 15K trucks.
  • Possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
  • Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines, to include ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary, such as correspondence using the Army Writing System in accordance with AR 25-50.
  • Able to enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets. Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data. Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of Customer and vendor inquiries. Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures.
  • Able to conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet Customer needs, and other similar areas.
  • Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense

(DoD) regulations.

  • Proficiently use MS Office application software to maintain data and submit reports of varying types and formats via internal management control databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools in a variety of program application software.
  • Be willing to attend and satisfactorily complete, required training associated with job responsibilities.
  • Crosstrain with other contracted positions to fill in during absences (specific to exempt/salaried positions.

Security Responsibilities:

  • Possess task order appropriate security clearance prior to beginning support of this effort and maintain said clearance throughout duration of support of this effort.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Basic certification on Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE)
  • Basic certification on Secure Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (S-PBUSE)

  • Meet CENTCOM Current deployment health standard. All new hires will process through the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) at Fort Bliss, TX and be approved for deployment to include received required USG issued PPE.
  • Be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 40 lbs. unassisted.
