Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Salary Range: 350 KD - 450 KD
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
- Source and screen potential candidates through different platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and related HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual - Arabic & English
