Job description: Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for keeping the relationships with the key customers by partnering with and ensuring the long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

•    Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. •    Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service and solutions according to customer needs.•    Operating as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.•    Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, customer relationships•    Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.•    Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.•    Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.•    Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.•    Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with Sales Teams to ensure growth attainment.•    Assisting with high-severity requests and issuing escalations as needed. 

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.•    5 to 7 years of experience in direct Sales activities•    Working in the same field is a must.•    Creativity:  Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.•    Analytical Skills: Being able to understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting.•    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.•    Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done.•    Listening Skills: Listening to workers, teammates, end user, and management is crucial to the job.•    Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job.
