Summary Of The Role

Jotun Powder Coatings is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator who will have to efficiently administer various distribution tasks. You shall be organizing and following up on different warehouse and logistics activities to ensure that the warehouse operations runs efficiently on time and safely in accordance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) requirements for optimum end user services.

You will be based in Kuwait and will be reporting to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist with product loading and unloading tasks that include scanning, tracking and labeling
• Administer receiving goods, ensuring contents match manifest documents with out any discrepancies, damages or missing items
• Arrange products through stacking, moving, and placing them accurately in the appropriate designated areas
• Handle periodic warehouse stock counts
• Plan reporting, monitoring, analysis, executing of warehouse and logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in alignment with its Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Adhere to health, safety rules whilst maintaining 5S standards (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations are in place
• Coordinate with Customer Service Department by following up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline and order forecast
• Facilitate with planning and organizing customer order deliveries to Jotun customers

What We Look For

• High Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Certificate
• Relevant Warehouse experience
• English language proficiency
• Previous experience in using handheld terminal device for warehouse management is preferred
• Forklift training card
• Fluency in Arabic or Hindi language is preferred based on business demand
