The Marketing Executive or Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with the agency's clients. They will oversee all client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met, and will work closely with the agency's internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet those needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing and handling a portfolio of clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with clients' business goals, objectives and allocated budget
- Create Social media plans and content strategy to assigned accounts which include flat plans, captions, strategies, pitches, campaign ideas, action plans, etc.
- Work with the agency's design, photography, videography, campaign management, and event management teams to execute campaigns and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and adjusting strategies as needed
- Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to clients
- Ensure that all client accounts are managed efficiently and effectively, meeting all deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape
- Stay up to date with industry trends and events
- Plan and manage events and execution
- Tracking and reporting on [Weekly/Monthly/Annual basis] + Event Reports

Requirements
- Previous agency experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic
