Oracle HCM Techno-Functional specialist

The primary function of the Oracle HCM Techno-Functional

specialist role is to effectively deliver/implement HR and

payroll modules of Oracle in order to provide an integrated

information system solution to Al Tijaria Businesses.

1-Implementing new modules of Oracle EBS HRMS

Modules.


2-Design, develop and implement enhancements and

customizations of Oracle

E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules including Core

HR, payroll, Advance benefits , Compensation

,Employees & Managers Self Services.


3- Act as an Oracle EBS techno functional consultant to

provide the best practice guidance on HCM business

processes.


4- Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible

for comparing actual results with expected results.


5-Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues

from raise through to resolution.


6-Create and maintain technical documentation

including design documents user manuals, and test

plans.

7- Work with team members to identify and implement

solutions to business problems.

8-Support others in-house systems (oracle database).

9 Prepare technical specification documentation for the system.

10-Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the

Implementation cycle including Requirements

Gathering & analysis system design & development

Testing and Implementation.


11-Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team

members on issues they may encounter in the design

and implementation of solutions.


12-Active participation in the internal workflow of the HR

and payroll system.


13-Provides integrated systems planning and

recommends new or different solutions which will

enhance current systems and support overall

corporate and business goals.


14-Provides in-depth technical consultation to Business

Unit and project supervision to ensure development of

efficient application systems utilizing established

standards, procedures, and methodologies.


15-Responsible for developing and adhering to

engagement team project standards to ensure the

delivery of quality deliverables./.

Skills

Qualifications, Experience, Skills &Knowledge

Education Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Experience

15 years working experience in IT and

Minimum 3 Years experience in the

Oracle EBS.

 Functional expertise to support a

production environment for

enhancements and fix issues.

 Expertise in Oracle Configurations,

APIs, API User Hooks Interfaces

(standard and build custom

interfaces).

 Expertise in AME) Approval
