  • Achieving the personal and store KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Following point of sales procedures.
  • Accurately completing any daily and weekly checklists as required.
  • Monitors the stock management of the promotion products by ensuring that the products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantities.
  • Ensure all store related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
