Planning Assistant

Employment: Full Time
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and schedule tank maintenance activities.
  • Create job planning packages, including detailed work scopes and step sequences.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking.
  • Analyze maintenance procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing efficient maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Documentation and record keeping.


Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with CMMS (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
