We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our industrial products and heavy machinery division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for the industrial products and heavy machinery division.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the division’s goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to senior management.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in financial management within the industrial products or heavy machinery industry, with a proven track record of financial planning and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
