Fouziana Ladies Salon is a leading salon providing beauty services in Kuwait for more than 12 years. We are currently seeking a Salon Manager who is fluent in Arabic.

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon
- Staff management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Implementing business strategies to drive growth
- Handling administrative tasks, customer complaints, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications
- Fluency in speaking Khaleeji Arabic
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, management, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong knowledge of salon operations, including hair and other beauty services
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of current trends in hair, nails and overall beauty industry
- Certification or license in salon management or relevant field is a plus
