The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports, as well as providing financial analysis and support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven working experience as a Senior Accountant
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
