Responsibilities:

 Operate and monitor refrigeration systems and related equipment, adjust controls to maintain specified

temperature settings.

 Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment, Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, making

necessary repairs.

 Record and log operating data, such as temperatures and pressures, in addition, schedule and oversee major

maintenance and repairs.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conduct regular inspections and safety checks.

 Implement and adhere to plant safety procedures and protocols.

 Ensure that products are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain quality.

 Inspect and monitor product conditions, Report any deviations from quality standards to management.

 Work closely with other plant operators and maintenance team, provide training and guidance to junior staff.

 Coordinate with management on operational issues and improvements.

 Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Required Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:

 High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.

 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operating and maintaining refrigeration systems.

 Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and tolerate various weather conditions.
