Supervisor - Parts Sales

Responsibilities


1.Staff Management:

•Motivate, coach, and manage Parts Sales Representatives.

•Interview, hire, and oversee staff training.


2.Inventory and Sales Forecasting:

•Establish individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover.

•Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.


3.Customer Service:

•Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers.

•Enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

•Handle customer complaints immediately, and according to the company’s guidelines.


4.Operational Efficiency:

•Prepare regular reports on cost variance, backlog, and on-time delivery.

•Oversee warranty and customer returns.

•Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.

•Set and monitor parts sales goals.
