We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the overseas manpower hiring sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.

1) Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the overseas manpower sector.

Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business development strategies.

2)Client Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.

Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish strong relationships.

3)Sales and Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

4)Relationship Management:

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

5)Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute strategic business development plans.

6)Marketing and Promotion:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the overseas manpower hiring industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
