Responsibilities:

  • Work setting is done in the kitchen area
  • Responsible for receiving and storing products and adhering to sanitary and health regulations about food quality.
  • Maintaining kitchen area to be well cleaned and hygienic to allow for meat cutting, sorting, packaging and serving.


Skills

* Proven experience in deboning, meat cutting and slaughtering at the BOH (back of the house) in a fast-paced food industry setting.

* Excellent attention to detail to ensure the quality and presentation of meat and fish products

*Exceptional knife skills and the ability to use various cutting and equipment safely.
