Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tendering Specialist with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly with exposure to KOC, KNPC, and similar entities. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of tendering procedures, technical/commercial bid preparation, and experience navigating Oil & Gas client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor tender opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements with Oil & Gas clients (KOC, KNPC, and similar entities)
• Prepare, review, and submit commercial and technical tenders and quotations in line with sector-specific specifications and standards
• Understand and interpret RFQ/RFP specifications, technical requirements, and commercial terms specific to Oil & Gas tenders
• Follow up on submitted tenders and proposals with client procurement/tendering departments
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and client communications
• Conduct structured market research covering current market prices, competitor pricing, and competitor positioning in the Oil & Gas sector
• Track existing and upcoming contracts/tenders within KOC, KNPC, and related entities
• Identify key competitors and prepare market intelligence reports
• Support pre-qualification processes and registration requirements with Oil & Gas clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven experience dealing with KOC, KNPC, or similar Oil & Gas entities
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas tendering procedures, pre-qualification, and commercial proposal requirements
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and discuss technical matters with clients and principals
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders/deadlines simultaneously
