KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional massage and bodywork treatments based on client needs and preferences.
• Conduct consultations to understand client goals, concerns, and relevant health considerations.
• Recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, hygiene, cleanliness, and client care.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and premium experience for every client.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow ERA's operational procedures.
• Ensure the treatment room is clean, organized, and properly prepared before and after each session.
• Communicate professionally with members and the wider ERA team.
• Promote relevant wellness services when appropriate, without being overly sales-focused.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and client confidentiality standards.

Skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant certification or qualification in Massage Therapy.
• Previous experience working as a massage therapist in a gym, wellness center, spa, hotel, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body mechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to understand and respond to individual client needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Kuwait residency/work eligibility, where applicable VISA 18 (transferrable).
