We are currently recruiting General Managers for several of our new fitness facilities in Kuwait.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an energetic, commercially minded professional who is passionate about member experience, team development, sales performance and business growth.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club while leading from the front and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, team performance and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations

• Lead, motivate and develop a small team

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth

• Manage lead generation, follow-up and conversion processes

• Ensure exceptional member experience and retention

• Monitor club KPIs and business performance

• Maintain operational standards and club presentation

• Build strong relationships within the local community

• Support marketing and promotional initiatives

• Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Desired Candidate Profile

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a management, sales or leadership role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives

• Highly organised and proactive

• Confident leading a team while remaining hands-on

• Passionate about health, fitness and customer service

• Positive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset

• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential

• GCC experience is advantageous but not essential
