Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural requirements.
• Review MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues between different MEP services.
• Monitor MEP installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare, review, and update MEP coordination drawings.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Attend coordination meetings and follow up on MEP-related technical matters.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of MEP drawings and documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure proper execution of MEP works.

Skills

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, preferably in MEP contracting/construction projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical services.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.
• Knowledge of Navisworks/BIM coordination will be an added advantage.
• Kuwait experience is preferred.
• Candidates available in Kuwait with transferable Visa 18 will be preferred.
