One of the famous Chain of restaurant and Catering company is looking for Assistant. Keeper (From INDIA)

Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling food, beverage, packaging, and other F&B supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming Items against purchase orders. Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store. Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor expiry dates. Issue stock to outlets and departments as per approved requisitions. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and wastage. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in an F&B ( Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.) Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO. Basic MS Excel and inventory system knowledge. Good organizational, communication, and numerical skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
