We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales, with the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to store performance and sales targets.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store standards, and supporting the overall success of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and styles.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including sizes, materials, and seasonal collections.
• Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with stock management.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Comply with company policies related to cash handling, discounts, and returns.
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and promotional activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the brand image.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or certification in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail is preferred.
