Consulting with clients to understand travel needs, budget, and preferences. Booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and travel insurance. Creating travel itineraries and providing travel documentation. Advising on visa requirements, passport validity, health regulations, and destination information. Handling ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions. Providing customer support before, during, and after travel. Negotiating with suppliers and managing corporate or group travel arrangements. Ensuring compliance with airline fare rules and travel policies.
