Job description
• System Support: Provide technical support for archive and correspondence applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Laserfiche Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Laserfiche workflows, repositories, and integrations.
• Database Management: Administer MS-SQL databases, including performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
• Server & Storage Management: Oversee server infrastructure and storage systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve application, server, and database issues in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
• User Training: Support end-users with training, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure systems adhere to organizational policies, data protection standards, and IT governance frameworks.
Skills
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Laserfiche system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).
• Hands-on expertise with MS-SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Experience in server and storage administration (SAN/NAS, virtualization, backup solutions).
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise support frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across ministries and vendors.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with digital transformation projects in government or enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and OCR integration.
• Bilingual communication (Arabic & English) for technical and executive reporting.
