Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Secretary located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Accounting Secretary will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, such as maintaining financial records and performing accounting processes. Responsibilities include managing invoicing and billing, using accounting software Odoo to process data, following up with customers on payment matters, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The role also involves general office support and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document organization, data entry, and office administration

•⁠ ⁠1 Year of Experience with Accounting Software Odoo and general accounting tasks

•⁠ ⁠Strong skills in Invoicing and financial documentation management

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle Customer Follow-Up and maintain positive client relationships

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of local accounting regulations and standards is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Languages: Expertise in English and Conversational in Arabic.
