What you will be doing: Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or similar field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of operational experience in hotel reservations, front office functions, or guest services
  • Working understanding of reservations principles and hotel management systems
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated sales and upselling experience with a focus on revenue optimization
  • Proficiency with computer systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests with professionalism
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
