We are currently seeking a M&E Executive to join our vibrant team. As a M&E Executive with, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with a unique blend of ambition, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership elevates our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction. Proactivity Conduct sales calls, guest visits, and hotel site inspections. Handle inquiries for meetings, conferences and social events. Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts for guests and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Coordinate event requirements with all hotel departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and key accounts. Conduct site inspections and guest meetings. Ensure the successful planning and execution of all events. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business. Conduct pre-event meetings and site inspections with guests. Follow up with guests after events to obtain feedback and encourage repeat business. Maintain sales reports, forecasts, event calendars, and related documentation.
