SENIOR SWIM COACH at a busy Swimming Academy in Kuwait! Are you passionate about swimming and coaching? Are you an experienced swimmer with a desire to develop the skills of others? APPLY NOW! Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive swimming training programs for individuals and groups. Provide technical instruction and feedback to swimmers of all skill levels. Conduct swim assessments to determine swimmers abilities and areas for improvement. Create and oversee personalized training plans for competitive swimmers. Organize and supervise swim practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Motivate and inspire swimmers to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Monitor swimmers progress and provide regular progress reports to parents and management. Stay up to date with the latest swimming techniques, training methods, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and competitions. Maintain proper records of swimmers attendance, achievements, and other relevant information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a swim coach AND competitive swimmer at a professional level. In-depth knowledge of swimming strokes, techniques, and training methodologies. Strong understanding of the principles of strength and conditioning specific to swimming. Ability to assess swimmers performance and provide constructive feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in swimming coaching (e.g., ASCA, USSA) is highly preferred. Lifeguard certification and knowledge of first aid and CPR are advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate swim schedules passport valid at least 24 months.
