We are seeking passionate, high-energy WAITERS to join their dynamic front-of-house teams of a premier, well-known restaurant group operating some of the most vibrant and celebrated dining concepts in Kuwait.

The Role As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, directly responsible for delivering world-class service and creating memorable moments for every guest. Our client is looking for vibrant individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu, make personalized recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Service Delivery: Serve dishes and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring tables are maintained to the highest standards throughout the meal.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials, to confidently answer guest questions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with back-of-house (kitchen) and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and a seamless dining experience.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to side-station setup duties, table clearing, and overall restaurant health and safety guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar service role within a high-volume restaurant, premium casual caf , or luxury hotel environment.
• Personality: Bubbly, energetic, and guest-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills. The ability to converse confidently with an international clientele is essential.
• Presentation: Immaculate personal grooming and professional presentation.
• Cultural Fit: Comfortable working within a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
