Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy RESTAURANT MANAGER to lead one of the flagship venues of a premier, well-known restaurant group operating some of the most vibrant and celebrated dining concepts in Kuwait.

As Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will hold the keys to the venue s success. Responsibility will include full accountability for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of the restaurant. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, champions high service standards, and knows how to inspire a diverse, multinational team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing service team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment.

Financial Accountability: Drive profitability by managing labor costs, minimizing waste, optimizing inventory, and executing strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Guest Relations: Maintain a strong floor presence during peak hours. Build rapport with guests, handle feedback proactively, and ensure every diner leaves with a lasting positive impression.

Brand Standards: Ensure the brand s identity, presentation, and service protocols are consistently executed to the highest standard.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within a high-volume, premium casual, or fine-dining restaurant group.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East (GCC region) is highly advantageous.
  • A charismatic, energetic, and solution-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing team members.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and labor cost controls.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, culturally diverse environment.
